These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of losfilms.studio and to communications with Los Films LLC ("Los Films," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting our contact form, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. Specific projects are also governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you, which controls if there is any conflict with these terms.

Our services

Los Films provides video production, photography, and marketing services. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, deposits, and usage rights for each project are set out in your proposal or contract. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until a written agreement is signed.

Website content

All videos, photos, text, logos, and other content on this website belong to Los Films LLC or its clients and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, or reuse any content without our written permission.

SMS messaging terms

Program: Los Films LLC text messaging.
How you opt in: by checking one or both optional consent boxes on our contact form, or by texting our business number first.
What you will receive: if you consent to transactional messages, you will receive replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates. If you consent to marketing messages, you will also receive occasional news and offers about our services.
Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and project.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: reply HELP to any message, email info@losfilms.studio, or call (313) 546-0770.
Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from Los Films LLC.
Not a condition of purchase: you do not have to agree to receive texts to work with us.
Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: your phone number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Bookings and cancellations

Discovery Calls booked through our online calendar can be rescheduled or cancelled using the links in your confirmation message. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for paid shoots are set out in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Los Films LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our communications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
