How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular dates, especially weekends and the holiday season, fill up, and earlier planning gives us time to walk the venue and build the shot plan. That said, reach out even if your event is close. If we can make it work, we will.
Do you offer both video and photo?
Yes. Most events book both, with a video and photo team working together from one plan so the coverage is consistent and nothing is missed. You can also book either one on its own.
How fast do we get the content?
Social clips come first so you can post while the event is still fresh. The full recap film and the edited photo gallery follow on a timeline we agree on before the event. Tell us if you have a hard deadline, such as a sponsor report or a follow-up email, and we will plan around it.
Do you cover events outside Detroit?
Yes. We cover events across Metro Detroit and the rest of Michigan, and we are available to travel beyond that. Travel is scoped into the estimate so there are no surprises.
How much does event coverage cost?
It depends on the hours of coverage, the size of the crew, and the deliverables you need, from a single videographer for a few hours to a full video and photo team for a multi-day convention. We do not publish set prices. Book a short call and we will give you a clear range for your event.
